It's important you know the rules of UQ Innovate before you can get access to the facilities.

Each workshop is open to any person with an active UQ account and ID card wishing to use the UQ Innovate. You must first conduct the mandatory area induction training online required for use of the space. It's then essential you read the UQ Innovate terms of use.

Follow the steps below:

3. Safety and the rules

Your safety is our first priority and at UQ Innovate we take it very seriously. Each workshop and piece of equipment has its own safety and training procedures that you must adhere to before you're permitted use. It's your responsibility to ensure you follow these measures to stay safe.

You are responsible for cleaning your work area and cleaning up after yourself. Our staff are highly skilled and are employed to provide expert advice to you, not to provide a cleaning service.
